Uncle Rico has been working in the pizza industry since 1998. Even as a little boy he would work for a family relative during his summer breaks. He learned to make pizzas at the young age of 12 years old. The pizza business has been in his blood for over 25 years. Errico inherited the name from his 8 nieces and nephews.
We are proud to serve delicious New York style pizzas made from only the freshest, high quality ingredients even if it means we have to pay more for them. A price we are willing to pay to serve only the best to our customers.
Our tomatoes are grown in Stanislaus County home of California's most perfect tomatoes. They are fresh packed and never from concentrate and are not available to the general consumer. Our mozzarella cheese is made from 100% grade A whole milk from 5 star dairies.
